Clay Street Unit Inks with Leo33
Leo33 proudly announces the signing of fast-rising band Clay Street Unit, further solidifying the label’s commitment to championing innovative voices within the country and roots space. Hailing from Denver, Colorado, Clay Street Unit blends the country-folk traditions of the Appalachians with the bluegrass spirit of the Rocky Mountains, creating a modern, electrified take on American roots music — fueled by the chemistry of longtime friends who have shared countless hours on stage.
Mandolinist Scottie Bolin, bassist Jack Kotarba, banjo player Jack Cline, pedal steel guitarist Brad Larrison, drummer Brendan Lamb, and singer/guitarist/ringleader Sam Walker don’t just nod to their influences; they reshape them into something new. As Holler put it, the band is “only two singles and a 4-song EP in, and it already feels like they’re sitting on a goldmine.”
“We’re honored to be signing with Leo33. Since our first conversation, their team has felt like the perfect home that fully understood the vision behind our music,” shares Clay Street Unit. “As we prepare to release our debut album, we’re confident that their passion and belief in us will help take our career to the next level, and we’re incredibly grateful for the opportunity.”

We couldn’t be more excited to stand behind them and help share their artistic vision with the world.”
Clay Street Unit has already garnered success with their career-launching EP A Mighty Fine Evening. With a follow-up project on the horizon, the band is staking their claim as torchbearers of something both fresh and familiar, nodding to the foundations of American music while sharpening their own progressive edge.
